Why Your Check In MattersIt takes less than 30 seconds to respond, and even if you’re feeling great, your input matters. Each check-in contributes to a broader view of wellbeing, helping your organization identify trends, spot potential issues early, and make informed changes to better support their people. You're Not AloneIn tough moments, reaching out isn’t always easy—but that’s often when support matters most. We’ve had many users tell us they didn’t engage regularly at first, but when things became difficult, Confyde gave them a way to speak up and seek support. Knowing there’s a safe, confidential option available can be the difference between struggling in silence and getting the help you need.NotificationsAll notifications are sent via email, but we know that important messages can occasionally be missed or filtered into spam folders. To ensure you don’t miss any updates, we recommend marking Confyde as a safe sender and checking your spam or junk folder if you’re expecting a notification.Where available, we also highly recommend opting in to text (SMS) notifications. This provides an additional, more immediate way to stay informed—helping ensure you receive time-sensitive updates, especially when someone may be reaching out for support.
